How to Submit Your Proposal

This is how the event page looks β€” click the "Call for Paper” button to start.

Click β€œSubmit a Proposal” on the event's CFP page to open a simple 4-step form. It guides you through everything you need to share about your talk.

  1. Step 1 - Your Proposal
    • Title: Short, clear, and catchy β€” make people curious to learn more.
    • Abstract: A 2-3 sentence summary of what you'll cover and what attendees will gain.
    • Level: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced β€” this helps balance the event program.
    • Language: Let us know which language you'll present in.
    • References: Add links to previous talks, videos, or blog posts if you have them.
  2. Step 2 - Speaker Info
    • Bio: A few lines about who you are, what you do, and why this topic excites you.
    • Co-speakers: Add collaborators if you're presenting together. Once they accept, they'll be linked to your proposal automatically.
  3. Step 3 - Tracks & Format
    • Duration: Choose 15, 30, or 45 minutes β€” or β€œOther” if you'd like to suggest a different format.
    • Category: Pick what fits best β€” Real Life Feedback, Technical Presentation, or Other.
  4. Step 4 - Review & Submit
    • Double-check your info, then hit submit! You'll get an email confirmation once it's received.

After You Submit

Once you've submitted, our review team will go through all proposals. You'll hear back within a few weeks. If selected, we'll reach out with next steps and speaker resources.
